The hotel's decoration was absolutely lovely, with charming vintage furniture and beautiful artwork throughout. The common areas were spacious and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere for senior guests. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent, with wide hallways and elevators available for easy navigation.
I would have preferred if the children working there were a bit more attentive and proactive in anticipating the needs of senior guests.

Amazing staff, always helpful and friendly. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city with everything within walking distance. The rooms were beautifully decorated and well-maintained, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere.
The bed was a bit too hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, there was no iron available in the room, which was inconvenient for those wanting to look presentable.

I absolutely adored the decor of Palazzo Gallo Resort. It had such a charming and elegant atmosphere that made me feel like I was staying in a true oasis. The general areas of the hotel were beautifully maintained and provided a lovely ambiance for relaxation. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The staff made sure there were no stairs to climb, and everything was conveniently located on the ground floor for easy navigation.
If I had to ask for one thing to make the vacation even better for senior people, it would be to have more assistance from the children working there. Sometimes, I felt like they were a bit preoccupied and not as attentive as they could have been towards the needs of senior guests.

The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, and the value for money was pretty good. I highly recommend this hotel for a good and enjoyable experience.
